ก่อนร่วมงานกับสำนักงานฯ เคยร่วมงานกับสำนักงานกฎหมาย ดร. สุวรรณ วลัยเสถียร และ Associate Lawyers & Consultants ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยังเคยดำรงตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายที่ปรึกษา
กฎหมาย วาณิชธนกิจ ประจำบริษัทเงินทุน เอกธนกิจ จำกัด(มหาชน) ปัจจุบันนายชัยยุทธฯ ปฏิบัติงานทั้งด้านการดำเนินคดีและด้าน International Work Group
